Responsibilities
Own and manage the Mux data warehouse (Snowflake) and oversee workflows through dbt.
Build, optimize, and maintain robust data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and decision-making.
Implement and oversee data quality practices using tools like Metaplane and Monte Carlo.
Manage data integrations with internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data solutions.
Contribute to the business intelligence layer, ensuring it delivers actionable insights (Looker experience preferred).
Advocate for and train teams on best practices for data management and modeling

Required
4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with dbt
Deep understanding of data quality frameworks and familiarity with tools such as Metaplane
Experience with Snowflake and managing modern data workflows
Strong ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, including engineering, sales, and customer-facing roles
Familiarity with data integration into internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Preferred
Experience navigating and contributing to business intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker)
Python experience for data transformations and workflow automations
