Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end delivery planning for all kiosk upgrades.
Develop and update detailed project plans for kiosk installations and upgrades.
Coordinate logistics for on-site visits by technical teams, ensuring all resources are prepared and scheduled.
Monitor timelines and milestones for projects lasting 4-8 weeks, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, field technicians, and external stakeholders to align on project requirements and progress.
Be responsible for managing the kiosk upgrade tracker, capturing all pertinent details, and updating it as needed to provide the current status of each pending kiosk upgrade.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for initiating the upgrade process once the initial email from the Director of Operations is received.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for setting up all meetings (both internal AND external) for planning purposes of the upgrade.
Will be responsible for sending weekly emails to the Engineering team for all upcoming upgrades.
Responsible for coordinating real-time development team support for all upgrades.
Will meet weekly to provide status, issues, and escalations to the Implementations Project Manager.
Will be responsible for updating project plans.
Ability to manage risk and escalations as needed.
The Project Coordinator will provide support for all logistical items for the upgrade (coordination with warehouse, field tech, CSM/Sales).
Utilize spreadsheets and other project management tools to track and report project status.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field
4+ years experience in project management/coordination
Understanding of PMBOK project management methodology
Experience with Project Management tools, including Milestone driven Project plan (dependencies), RACI, Escalation paths, Project status, and RAID logs
Strong organizational skills with experience in planning and executing technical projects
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and updating project plans
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities
Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans
Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases
Problem-solving skills
