Responsibilities
Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
Motivate team members to achieve desired results
Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
Manage and accurately document account details

Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
