Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to increase engagement and adoption among existing customers.
Create detailed customer journey flows, identifying actionable trigger points at which targeted communication can deepen customer engagement with Numerator’s platforms.
Analyze business data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and create benchmarks and success criteria.
Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Services, Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to ensure that all strategies are well-aligned with overall business goals and executed effectively.
Track the performance of strategies through defined KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven adjustments.
Create and share regular performance reports with stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Explore opportunities to integrate AI into workstreams to drive innovation and scale.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in a client-facing and/or marketing role; experience in managing multiple client accounts is a plus.
Familiarity with the CPG industry and/or consumer panel data is highly desirable.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive customer action and engagement.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data and campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first attitude.
