Responsibilities
Facilitate and document stakeholder interviews.
Document as-is and to-be states, including data flows, workflows, and decision points.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Create and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) documents.
Research best practices.
Support presentations to multiple audiences including executive leadership
Support communication planning and organizational change management

Required
2-5 years experience in business analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills
