Responsibilities

Conduct continuous outreach to a targeted lists of prospects from our Marketing Contacts
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities to book demos
Present our our value proposition in a clear, professional, concise and compelling manner to potential clients over phone and through email
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
Reach out to curated, targeted lists of prospects to identify sales opportunities
Coordinate with the Marketing team to overcome barriers in booking appointments
Test new messaging and approaches to improve results (with Sales enablement support)
Continuously evaluate how to improve and grow sales development skills
Meet aggressive sales targets and KPI’s
Positively represent the brand while on the frontlines of customer outreach
Other duties as assigned by management

Required

High school diploma or GED is required
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to use independent judgment to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Highly personable and able to communicate well on the phone and via email
Detail oriented and focused on what matters to book the demo
Task oriented and driven by meeting deadlines
Knowledge of sales systems (CRM, Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
Extremely driven to hit goals
