Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for leaders, employees and stakeholders on employee relations issues
Provide mentorship and support while handling risk and maintaining compliance with regulatory/legal requirements and company policies and procedures
Conduct employee exit interviews; identify trends and review with the People Business Partners and leadership teams
Conduct effective, detailed and objective investigations and provide recommendations for resolution optimizing for consistency, equity and scale with ER Leadership oversight
Ensure a fair and consistent approach to the organization’s policies and procedures, thus promoting a positive and equitable work environment consistent with company culture.
Consultation with management & employees on general complaints and policy interpretation
Meditation of workplace disputes between individuals & groups through creative conflict resolution strategies
Preparing and distributing regular and ad hoc reports for HR Acuity, Guild’s ER Case Management System
Assisting in the administration of leaves and accommodation programs in partnership with Guild’s People Operations team.
Support internal projects and initiatives, as needed

Required
3+ years as an Employee Relations Business Partner or a Human Resources Business Partner in a high-growth company and a total of at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, as a generalist or business partner.
Prior experience partnering with senior level leaders up to executive level leaders.
Experience successfully partnering with scaled, customer facing teams (i.e. retail, customer support, etc.).
Proven experience building effective business leader partnerships. Expert at linking employee relations, business strategy and optimal corporate function to effective people strategy.
Experience working with leaders and employees to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives/topics and the ability to bring that lens to the employee experience.
