Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation
Building relationships over the phone
Identifying new opportunities for clients
Cold calling
Qualifying leads
Scheduling appointments with decision-makers

Required
Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills
Comfortable cold calling and speaking to executives
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
Organized with excellent time management skills
Permanent residency in one of the following EST/CST states REQUIRED: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, NC, NE, NH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, WV, WI
Ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with necessary technical equipment
Adherence to a structured schedule
Completion of Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment
Preferred
1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English, French/English or German/English is a plus
B2B Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
