Responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Center of Excellence (COE) and other HR functions to support and enable the execution of the HR talent strategy.
Act as the operational subject matter expert (SME) on talent processes, partnering with COE and HRIS.
Implement talent processes, designed by the Talent COE, such as performance management & calibration, talent review & succession planning, culture & engagement, assessments & coaching, and onboarding & orientation.
Ensure components of talent processes run smoothly and are current, to include system testing, reports, communications, knowledge articles, and learning resources.
Deliver key metrics, reports, and conduct post-project after action reviews of talent processes.
Support the administration of talent assessments, to include preparing tools for leader debrief sessions.
Recommend and implement operational efficiency improvements and innovative solutions to established talent processes.
Partner with the Talent COE and other HR functions to ensure our talent solutions promote a positive user experience and are built with integration, sustainability, flexibility, and maintenance in mind.
Coordinate annual Performance Management and Calibration processes by leading the project’s Talent workstream, delivering process communication and reporting to executive leadership, HRBPs, and the organization.
Lead the Associate Engagement Survey and ongoing voice of the associate measures to include process, vendor relationship management, communication and reporting results to the business.
Assist in the development, tracking, and communication of the annual Succession Planning process
Support the ongoing skills-based strategy and career pathing initiatives across the business in partnership with Talent COE and functional HR partners.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of study.
2-4 approximate years of experience in talent management.
Proven experience in implementing talent management tools, including experience with Workday, Hogan assessments, and Medallia software.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Ability to prioritize many projects at once.
Ability to develop solid relationships and influence without authority.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Confident, entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys diving in headfirst.
Ability to work with all levels of associates, with minimal direction, in a dynamic environment.
