Responsibilities
Own the vision and strategy for the product area. Define and communicate the product line strategy, including priorities, roadmaps, and pricing frameworks that align with our overall business goals.
Set team direction and drive alignment. Lead a team of product managers, technical product managers, and product marketing managers, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and market needs.
Translate strategy into action. Work across teams to ensure the execution of a unified product strategy that delivers customer value and competitive differentiation.
Be the market authority. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand opportunities, threats, customer needs, and potential growth areas. Regularly update leadership on market shifts and implications for the product line.
Establish TAM/SAM/SOM metrics to provide Sales with concrete insights, aiding them in targeting the most promising segments.
Drive revenue growth through market-led strategy. Own the financial targets for the product line, focusing on revenue, market share, and profitability.
Set pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profitability. Work closely with Finance and Sales to optimize pricing and packaging, ensuring the product is competitively positioned to capture market demand.
Champion a data-driven approach. Leverage insights from customer feedback, market trends, and business performance to continuously refine the product line’s direction and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Optimize team performance. Ensure the team has the resources, frameworks, and insights needed to succeed. Mentor product managers on strategic thinking, market analysis, and product marketing tactics.
Foster a culture of collaboration. Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution of the product strategy.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required
10+ years’ experience in product management with a proven record in driving annual revenue growth
5+ year’s leadership experience with a proven track record of success within the technology industry, preferably in the field of network security, cloud computing, or SASE
Extensive experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and innovation
Exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Strong experience successfully executing in an agile development environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Masters/ Advanced degree in the similar disciplines
2+ years’ experience providing support to top-level clients in a global/multi-location environment
