Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client liaison and project owner for assigned clients.
Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, create project roadmaps, and prioritize tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results on schedule and within budget.
Write clear technical briefs and user stories for development and design teams.
Continuously refine and improve project workflows and operations.
Balance resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Required
5+ years of experience managing digital projects
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Background in a technical or management discipline (graduate degree is a plus)
Must be able to work in the US
Preferred
e-commerce experience preferred
Experience with Shopify Plus and platform migrations (preferred)
Experience working with global teams is a bonus
