Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with prospects to build relationships and earn trust
Providing prospects and clients with a professional experience
Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary client service
To learn and understand the products our carriers offer
Pursue referral opportunities
Manage all prospects and sales via our CRM (AgencyZoom)
Utilize agency technology & sales procedure

Required
2 to 3 years of successful insurance sales experience required
A valid Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
Strong verbal and written communication
Great listening and closing skills
Proven ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
Be able to explain the differences in products and why one provides more value
Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude every day
A go-getter who takes initiative
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multi-rater systems
The willingness to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed monthly goals
Organized, structured, and punctual
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Friendly voice and pleasant tone over the phone and in person
Preferred
Experience with AMS 360, PL Rater, AgencyZoom is preferred, but not required
AMS360: 1 year (Preferred)
