Responsibilities
Build a world-class product team of product managers, designers, and data scientists
Develop the product roadmap in partnership with the executive team
Scale operations from 100 to 1000 care team members & ensure quality while we scale
Collaborate with Head of Engineering to establish a high-velocity R&D organization
Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of products as we expand our customer surface area
Establish our value-based care and data analytics foundation to publish insights
Act as a player coach and lead by example

Required
10+ years experience in Product with 5+ years leading product
Built high velocity product teams (ex: 10 → 50 in 3 years)
Scaled operations teams via product at a high-growth organization
Development of a platform that has a portfolio of products on top of it
Operational Excellence - drives to certainty around inherently uncertain R&D
Systems Thinking - platform thinking across technology and operations
Product Intuition - strong at product concepts and envisioning potentials
Creative - constant idea generator
Teamwork - bridge building with other stakeholders + idea curation
First Principled - independent and logical thinker
Player Coach - operates strategically (10,000 ft) and tactically (1 foot)
