Responsibilities
Market healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities
Conduct presentations and educational events to promote home health care services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community members
Collaborate with the Administrator on marketing and sales activities
Design and implement a sales strategy while maintaining a regular visit schedule to referral sources

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice sales (home health experience is a plus)
Preferred licensed clinical experience
Established relationships within the community and strong referral connections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
Preferred
Knowledge of standards of practice for home health care services
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated personality with problem-solving abilities
