Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring their resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliverables.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Provide feedback on UX/UI design and suggest improvements.
Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test scripts and reports.
Participate in code reviews and provide input on testing strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with manual and automated testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
ISTQB or similar certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
