Responsibilities

Design and implement PeopleSoft technical solutions
Manage system administration task leveraging automated solutions
Lead cloud migration initiatives using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Provide technical leadership in Oracle Database administration and optimization
Develop technical specifications and solution architectures
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical oversight
Conduct client workshops and technical training sessions
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project status effectively
Build and develop automation solutions using CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, etc

Required

10+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades
Strong expertise in Oracle Database administration and performance tuning
Experience with PeopleTools administration and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Client relationship management
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Time management and project organization skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team

Preferred

Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred
Oracle certifications preferred
