Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share in the wind industry.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the wind industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations.
Analyze financial data and forecast future revenue and profitability is crucial for negotiating contracts, pricing and building a strong long term business relationship.
Effective communication skills are important for negotiating contracts and managing relationships with clients and partners.
Acting as an ambassador of Skyraptor by delivering online webinars or representing at trade shows, conference or technical symposiums.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with wind industry trends and competitor activity.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and industry stakeholders.
Understanding the wind industry market trends competition, and pricing structures is essential for successful business development.
Working closely with our operators/customer success teams to identify new opportunities or onboard new clients successfully.
Be accountable for the overarching sales target achievement and development/growth of key accounts.
Traveling to clients and pitching in real life Skyraptor services, building on your opportunity pipeline and closing opportunities.
Create strong long-term client relations and satisfaction to strengthen Skyraptor’s role as a trusted advisor in both onshore and offshore wind industry.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans to grow our business
Sell Skyraptor’s Robotics Technology Solutions and Services in existing and new markets in accordance with our business plans
Follow up on new leads and clients
Engage with domestic and international onshore and offshore wind farm owners, developers, operators, authorities, consultants and contractors
Advise and support our clients.

Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of professional experience in a senior business development role, preferably in the US onshore wind industry.
Sales professional with a strong knowledge of the on/offshore wind industry or related domain.
Experience with independently negotiating and closing contracts for projects in Select, Define and Execute phases.
A high level of technical knowledge and understanding.
A proven track record of generating new business and achieving profitable growth.
Excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships.
Strong negotiation, organizational, communication, collaboration and persuasion skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
Detail orientation and high quality standards for your work.
A hands-on approach to challenges.
A team player mentality.
The ability to work independently.
Ability to travel every month to the request client location (domestically and globally).
