Responsibilities

Identify and engage passive and active technical talent for key roles, including robotics engineers and software developers.
Use sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to build talent pipelines.
Maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with ASI's hiring needs.
Craft and deliver personalized outreach messages to engage technical candidates.
Act as a brand ambassador for ASI by promoting the company's vision, values, and innovative projects.
Build relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open roles.
Contribute to sourcing strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
Participate in sourcing strategy meetings and updates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain an understanding of technical skills and tools relevant to roles.
Track and report key metrics, such as pipeline conversion rates and response rates.
Refine sourcing strategies based on data insights and feedback.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
Share best practices with peers and contribute to process improvements within the sourcing team.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of technical sourcing experience, including sourcing passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
Proven success in identifying talent for engineering, software development, or robotics positions.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and tools like Git or Jira to assess candidate qualifications.
Understanding of robotics or autonomous systems is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing extensions (e.g., Hiretual, SeekOut).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Preferred

Experience in high-growth environments or scaling technical teams.
Certifications in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional).
