Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using MongoDB, C#.Net, ASP, and Core .NET.

Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

Ensure the software meets performance, quality, and security standards.

Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

Identify and resolve software issues and bugs promptly.

Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Respond to and resolve tickets and requests in a timely manner in ServiceNow & JIRA.

Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.

Work closely with other developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

Proficiency in MongoDB, C#.Net, ASP, and Core .NET.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Service now and other monitoring tools is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Certifications in relevant technologies.
