Demonstrating and selling cloud-based software to real estate companies
Preparing and developing an effective pitch to build customer relationships
Reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome resistance and objections
Quoting prices, negotiating with customer, and closing deals
Maintaining CRM database and preparing accurate reports

Required
Account executive experience 3 years, required
Strong closing skills
Strong ability to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly
