Responsibilities

Work closely with members of Network Strategy team on various projects relating to strategy development, process improvement, and/or network capacity modeling.

Provide a real-world glimpse into the BioMarin strategic planning and decision-making process.

Develop skills specific to your major.

Participate in company all hands meetings, monthly community lunches.

Pharma/Biotech Supply ChainMicrosoft OfficePowerPointExcelProject Management

Required

Basic understanding of Pharma/Biotech Supply Chain concepts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)

Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately complete detailed work

Comfort working and communicating in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, collaborative research environment

Student in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or a graduate degree in related discipline

Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week.

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program.

Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles. Some positions will be open to remote interns, but employee must be within United States borders.
