Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Generate new leads and manage sales pipelines from initial discovery to contract closure.
Tailor AVL Solutions: Collaborate with System Engineers to create custom solutions for clients, ensuring designs meet technical and budgetary needs.
Lead Presentations: Conduct engaging demos and presentations, articulating the value of our AVL offerings to clients.
Build Relationships: Establish trust with new prospects while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Scope Projects: Assist in developing contracts and scopes of work for design-build projects.
Stay Engaged: Attend sales and operations meetings (virtual or in-person), ensuring smooth handoffs between sales and execution teams.
Represent Front Porch Media: Travel occasionally (10%) to attend industry events and conferences or meet with clients.
Scheduling and leading discovery calls with new leads.
Prospecting and identifying potential clients.
Managing sales pipelines with detailed notes and updates.
Collaborating with System Engineers to create accurate quotes and proposals.
Conducting sales presentations for clients.
Expanding relationships with current clients and securing referrals.

Required
3+ years in sales, preferably in the AVL industry.
A track record of closing complex, high-value sales (six figures or more).
Familiarity with audio, video, lighting technologies, with an emphasis in the house-of-worship market.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills for managing pipelines, contracts, and follow-ups.
Experience with Google Workspace – including Sheets, Docs and virtual meeting tools like Google Meet.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members.
Preferred
Experience working with churches or houses of worship.
