Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives.
Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Required
0-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
