Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or economics
At least 15 years' professional experience
8 years in leading IP licensing and related transactions
Significant patent licensing experience
Deep understanding of the information technology industry
Proven track record of leading large-scale IP licensing businesses and teams
Experience in negotiating complex patent licensing transactions, including those exceeding $25M
Deep understanding of patent litigation settlements
Creative problem solver with strong financial acumen
Ability to build and maintain industry relationships
Vision for driving successful engagements
