Minimum of 8 years' legal experience

Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape, particularly in areas such as HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare
Strong management skills
Ability to build and develop high-performing legal teams
Experience in negotiating complex contracts for healthcare software and services
