Responsibilities
Supporting technical and administrative aspects of CERCLA RI/FS, RD/RA, operations and maintenance (O&M), and/or long-term monitoring (LTM) or RCRA-equivalent phases of environmental investigation and restoration projects.
Meeting project scope, schedule, budget requirements.
Leading and participating in project teams to meet project objectives in-line with corporate and customer quality expectations.
Communicating effectively with clients, regulators, project team members, and company management.
Supporting business development efforts, including leading or supporting proposal efforts.

Required
6+ years of directly related experience executing investigation and remediation projects under CERCLA and/or RCRA, including oversight of project teams, management of budget, schedule, safety, quality, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
BA/BS in Engineering, Science, or a related academic field. MA/MS in a related field may decrease the years of experience required.
Excellent time management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and keep organized to ensure timely and accurate work.
Self-starter, with analytical and leadership skills, with ability to make informed decisions independently with minimal oversight during project execution.
Ability to build consensus among leadership, internal, and external stakeholders through effective interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training
Preferred
PMP, PE, and/or PG certifications.
Work experience in the EPA Regions in the western United States.
Experience with investigation and/or remediation of mine waste-impacted sites.
Experience with high resolution site characterization (HRSC).
Solid understanding of screening values and risk assessment process.
Experience with remedial technologies and approaches.
Experience working with EPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, and/or PRPs on EPA Superfund Sites.
