Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Operations Director to manage the Event Management Interface (EMI), including planning, scheduling, training, and reporting.
Gather, analyze, and merge consumer insights data for reports.
Conduct training sessions for the Field Team and support system-related needs.
Act as the go-to for event staff, resolving system questions and issues.
Track and manage campaign submissions and set up campaign recaps.
Coordinate with system vendors to address technical challenges.
Stay on top of relevant marketing trends for client needs.
Manage the EMI support email and maintain timely responses.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain high attention to detail.

Required
A strong interest in event marketing.
1–2 years of experience in an agency or similar setting.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in administrative tasks.
Familiarity with EMI systems for campaign setup, reporting, and data analysis.
Afternoon availability with flexibility for remote work across the U.S.
Preferred
Agency experience preferred, especially with luxury brands or in the spirits category.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, or business is a plus.
