Responsibilities

Ability to plan, install, integrate, configure, deploy, automate, and test security controls within the IAM solutions and systems.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management-related issues.
Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop, implement, and maintain SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 integrations.
Partner with IT and product teams for SSO and user registration integration.
Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Resolves Tier 2 and 3 technical issues (simple to semi-complex in nature) to determine root causes, troubleshoot, resolve, and implement corrective action.
Participates in project support related to access provisioning and improving current workflows.

Required

Minimum of Associate degree with minimum 5 YOE in identity space
Demonstrated success using Active Directory or Identity and Access management tools
Demonstrated success managing IAM solutions and systems
Ability to plan, install, integrate, configure, deploy, automate, and test security controls within the IAM solutions and systems.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management-related issues.
