Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for Medicaid HEDIS operations.
Accurately document and organize business requirements in a clear and comprehensive manner, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solutions meet the business requirements, and coordinate feedback from stakeholders to refine the process.

Required
3-5 years of experience in healthcare, ideally with exposure to HEDIS, provider data, claims data, or Medicare/Medicaid.
3-5 years of experience with SQL (not heavily technical but sufficient for data extraction and analysis).
3-5 years of experience in business requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with Medicaid quality initiatives.
Experience with Medicare STARs.
Experience working with Snowflake or other data warehousing solutions.
