Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
CPA License/EA.
A strong 5-10 years in tax specialization, encompassing planning, adherence, and expertise in federal/state returns.
Demonstrated leadership skills, supported by at least one year of steering successful teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of tax nuances associated with varied investments.
Outstanding ability to handle multiple tasks - managing clients and duties is innate.
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
An epitome of reliability and integrity.
Preferred
Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting.
Technological aptitude: RIA Checkpoint, UltraTax, Workpapers, Practice Management, QuickBooks, MS Excel & Word.
