Proven track record of successfully handling workers' compensation cases, from initial case assessment through settlement or trial

Extensive knowledge of and experience with California workers' compensation laws and regulations

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in hearings, settlements, and trials

Strong legal research and analysis skills, with the ability to develop effective case strategies

High degree of professionalism and ethical standards

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
