Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing support and professional development

Required
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
A results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
License in Life and Health will be required upon time of hire
