Responsibilities
Manage the firm’s mailbox, located in Bellevue, WA
Manage the firm’s QuickBooks and Clio
Manage payroll through Gusto
Accounts receivable and trust management (including filing and processing invoices and checks, distributing refund checks to clients through the mail, daily payment entry, and tracking and balancing reports)
Provide forms and reports to firm tax accountant, when necessary
Requisition of supplies
Document organization, review, and reporting
Professional and clear correspondence with key stakeholders
Manage human resource functions and policies
Other tasks delegated from supervisor

Required
Residing within 5 miles of the firm’s address in downtown Bellevue, WA
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
At least one year of experience in office management or bookkeeping
Associates or higher degree
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Proficiency in Clio
Proficiency in Gusto
