Responsibilities
Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned quotas
Manage and grow our existing network of distribution channel partners within your assigned territory
Identify, develop, and secure new channels and key accounts
Prospect and qualify new leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
Negotiate and close sales deals
Manage and mentor assigned sales representatives
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required (75% of work)
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethics
A desire to aggressively contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization

Engineering background
Prior experience in robotics/automation industry
Strong understanding of the industrial robotics market
Experience working with CRM Software
