Responsibilities
Recruit a minimum of 2 candidates for the JOB + MBA program.
Achieve 2 hours of talk time daily for attendance.
Conduct 1 valid demo or virtual interview (30 minutes) daily.
Complete 6 hirings during your OJT to qualify for a direct promotion to Human Resource Manager, pass the managerial interview and take the leap with a 20% to 25% salary increase and the opportunity to lead your own team.
If you complete 6 hirings for three consecutive months, you'll be promoted directly to Human Resource Manager with a 20% to 25% salary increase and the opportunity to lead your own team.
Earn promotions every 3 months with 20% to 25% salary increases.
Get a 100% Loan for MBA course fee with 0% interest rate, alleviating the financial pressure on your education.
