Responsibilities

Conduct internal privacy assessments and compliance examinations, including privacy impact assessments, transfer impact assessment, and third-party risk management reviews.

Advise on discussions with the supervisory, regulatory, and data protection authorities around the world.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data protection related agreements. data processing agreements, and data transfer agreements and other privacy-related contractual clauses with internal&external stakeholders

Provide legal and strategic advice and guidance in support of cross-border data flows and related projects .

Stay current on the evolving data privacy legal landscape and advise the company on the impact of new regulations.

Required

3+ years of relevant legal experience with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology law, with experience advising clients on privacy matters on cross-border data transfers, data protection agreements, data subject access requests, and audience engagement technologies.

Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.

Positive, friendly, can-do and collaborative attitude focused on maintaining the highest standards of business and professional conduct.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable advice.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
