Responsibilities
Support the lifecycle of major international arbitration cases, from case strategy development to post-hearing.
Draft and review arbitration pleadings, submissions, and related documents under leading institutional rules
Provide strategic legal advice and analysis tailored to arbitration proceedings.
Conducting legal research and analysis on procedural and substantive issues arising in arbitration matters
Collaborate with a multilingual arbitration panel, including arbitrators from the U.S. and Brazil.
Navigate diverse legal frameworks, ensuring adherence to procedural rules and international best practices.
Drafting correspondence and submissions in international arbitration matters

Required
At least 4 years of international arbitration experience.
Fluency English is required (native or fluent Portuguese speakers would be advantageous).
In-depth knowledge of international arbitration frameworks.
Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
Proven track record of supporting high-stakes arbitration cases and collaborating within multilingual, cross-border teams.
Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Preferred
Native or fluent Portuguese speakers would be advantageous.
