Responsibilities

Attend activity kick-off meeting
Participate in the development of the scoring criteria/rubric
Participate in evaluation meetings
Review approximately 13 case competition submissions
Complete evaluation form scoring the submissions in accordance with the agreed upon criteria
Submit initial evaluation cases to R4D by May 31, 2025
Participate in a final judge’s meeting to select finalists to send to USAID for final selection of the winners

Required

Demonstrate extensive expertise in health system strengthening
Engagement in the thematic areas of integration, primary health care, implementation and evaluation
Ability to perform a non-biased review of assigned applications
Attend activity kick-off meeting
Participate in the development of the scoring criteria/rubric
Participate in evaluation meetings
Review approximately 13 case competition submissions
Complete evaluation form scoring the submissions in accordance with the agreed upon criteria
Submit initial evaluation cases to R4D by May 31, 2025
Participate in a final judge’s meeting to select finalists to send to USAID for final selection of the winners
Submit current CV, cover letter, and requested daily rate of pay by Friday, January 3, 2025
