Responsibilities
Oversee the revenue cycle, including client billing, invoicing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Prepare and analyze revenue forecasts, trends, and variance reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop annual budgets and revenue targets.
Present monthly and quarterly revenue reports to senior management.
Partner with client engagement teams to ensure accurate time tracking, project billing, and client satisfaction.
Resolve discrepancies in client accounts and billing inquiries promptly.
Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables to minimize delays in cash flow.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and firm policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, particularly as they pertain to public accounting and professional services.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights.
Develop and refine revenue management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Leverage technology to automate billing, reporting, and analytics wherever possible.
Train staff on revenue-related processes and tools to ensure consistency across the firm.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staff involved in billing and revenue tasks.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in revenue management, billing, or financial analysis, preferably in a public accounting or professional services environment.
Proficiency with financial management software and CRM tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Zoho One).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with clients.
