Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed project plans for POS Menu deployments. Including but not limited to multiple POS Systems and eCommerce platforms.

Lead and manage a team of POS Menu Analysts to ensure that POS Menu Deployments meet business requirements from Marketing, Finance and Operations business partners.

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all POS Menu changes are testing before deployment to ensure changes meet business requirements.

Work closely with POS Vendors and internal Restaurant Technology team members to understand system capabilities and requirements

Collaborate with customer support and internal teams to address and resolve issues related to Menu Deployments

Participates in change control board to ensure products moving into production meet requirements. Ensure all areas of governance compliance are maintained and documented

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may arise during Menu Deployment Process

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or business discipline

5+ years of leadership in the Restaurant Industry within IT

Experience gained with large-scale technology implementations and / or large-scale change enabled by technology

Knowledge of the organization's brands and the restaurant industry

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, POS, Inventory, Back Office Systems and eCommerce Platforms

Knowledge of the practical application of technology, application of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment that fulfills the needs with a restaurant and franchise system

Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

High level of attention to detail

Proven ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders, focused on business process improvements, technology strategy; prioritization and phasing of key initiatives

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office

Solid business acumen including ability to conduct analysis and present findings in a concise and accurate manner

Ability to meet franchisee needs and quality standards for services, and evaluation of franchisee satisfaction

Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects with sensitive deadlines and changing environment
