Responsibilities

Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, primarily Supply Chain, for the identification and resolution of issues, evaluating potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions.

Serve as primary point of contact for Workday related inquiries as it relates to Supply chain

Responsible for configuring Workday modules, including but not limited to Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners

Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and system enhancements.

Triages and resolves tickets based on established SLAs

Independently troubleshoot issues.

Communicate resolution timely to end users

Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementation or upgrades. This involves communicating changes to stakeholders and promoting user adoption.

Serve as project and/or subject lead on projects varying in sizes and scope.

Attends appropriate meetings to keep abreast of project objectives, process workflows and progress of business concepts.

Leads and participates in internal controls and audit to support the business domain

To include but not limited to change management process and other IT controls and controls determined by Supply Chain Operations.
