Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.
Use our CRM database to manage your individual sales pipeline effectively.
Build trust and confidence with a consultative sales approach that prioritizes client needs.

Skillfully handle objections, using creative strategies to win the business.
Take detailed notes on project requirements and communicate clearly with the operations team.
Recognize when to seek help, leveraging subject matter experts instead of guessing at answers.
Show an aptitude for developing and closing complex sales opportunities within political or organizational landscapes.
Respond promptly and effectively to sensitive situations or complaints as they arise.
Know when to bring in executive involvement to align leadership on larger opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Prepare thoroughly for discovery calls and proposal presentations.
Ensure proposals are thoughtfully crafted to include services that will genuinely benefit the lead.
Respond to client requests within one business day, staying consistently engaged with qualified leads.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or related areas.
