Responsibilities

Improve integration of infrastructure technology stack including networking, storage, compute, and guest OS layers.

Design and implement new technology processes and procedures for optimal capabilities.

Deploy, Document, and Automate the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data infrastructure

Investigate, facilitate, and implement improvements for monitoring and system health, as well as troubleshoot existing storage infrastructure and data center hardware deployments

Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact

Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation.

Provide hands-on leadership to team by implementing solutions, communicating vision, strategies, and objectives

Assist in the planning, preparation, development and successful execution of departmental budgets.

Augment the ability to manage a matrixed team of IT resources across internal IT groups and vendors.

Must be experienced in developing strategic plans for deployment of infrastructure, Processing, Storage, Networking, system architecture, cloud services, and systems upgrades.

Required

7-10 Years of relevant experience

Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management amongst peers, team members, and within all levels of the organization.

A proven ability to lead by motivating, inspiring, and supporting team, leaders and management to successfully achieve their divisional and departmental objectives.

Thorough knowledge of general principles of budget, ITIL, project management, and IT.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
