Responsibilities

Collaborate with portfolio companies to determine key milestones for investment unlocks, and subsequently track and report on those milestones

Prepare and present market research on various sectors of the Web3 ecosystem

Help maintain a pipeline of opportunities

Coordinate internal resources across research, product, partnerships, finance for investment decision making, and tracking

Deliver real-time performance data and tailor dashboards that enhance business decision-making capabilities

Required

Proven track record of acquiring and guiding successful projects or teams in the blockchain space, with a focus on innovation and research collaboration, or experience bringing crypto products to market

Experience in protocol design and development, with a strong technical background in blockchain technologies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and ecosystem dynamics in the blockchain industry

2+ years of investment banking, private equity or management consulting experience

B.A. in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or technical field is preferred
