Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full stack applications using C#, .NET, and Azure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of professional experience in software development.

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.

Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and deployment.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Experience with database management and design (SQL, NoSQL).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
