Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and client objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling True Omni's solutions.
Provide clients with guidance on leveraging omnichannel marketing and digital signage effectively.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the travel, hospitality, and retail industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.

Required
Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Omnichannel Marketing and Digital Signage solutions.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred
Strong background in the travel, hospitality, and retail industries is highly desirable.
Experience in hospitality and travel sales is a strong plus.
