Responsibilities
Perform article creation for third-party brands, including product setup and size creation.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Maintain timely and clear email communication with vendors regarding the intake process and asset management.
Support merchant functions (75%) and planning functions (25%), ensuring smooth order processing and timely vendor communications.
Assist in planning-related tasks, including tracking and monitoring asset management.

Required
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Strong communication skills, particularly in email communication.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and handle multiple timelines effectively.
Preferred
Interest in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
PowerPoint experience is a plus.
Open to recent graduates with relevant experience, internships, or similar roles.
