Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify untapped opportunities and emerging trends in the higher education and corporate learning sectors
Build, manage, and optimize a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on new customer acquisition and expansion sales
Qualify opportunities and build trust with key decision-makers to accelerate the sales cycle
Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives, including competitive positioning and targeted sales approaches, to establish and grow market presence
Partner with marketing, product, and enablement teams to craft tailored campaigns and resources that address specific market needs
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to refine strategies and inform sales approaches
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Required
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market strategy, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a related industry
Strong understanding of higher education and corporate learning environments
Fluency with CRM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage sales pipelines and campaigns effectively
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies and customer-centric solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and sales performance analysis
Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in both independent and team-driven environments
