Responsibilities

Providing blue printing of system architecture with Workday applications

Defining the integration and reports strategy, delivery methods and development of integrations

Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday Applications

Implementing IT/business Solution in Workday HCM and ERP

Building Target architecture, Integration Approach, Integrations development, reporting and dashboarding solutions

Customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools

Running reports to detect changes in the system

Performance tuning of reports and Integration codes

Translating business requirements to technical solutions

Researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws

Recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives

Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes

Developing and documenting technical specifications, developing test conditions, conducting acceptance testing, and implementing solutions

Troubleshooting issues and processes, and aggressively driving toward resolutions

Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients

Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle

Experience in testing process across the project phases

Proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports

Suggesting best practices

Very good testing process knowledge including hands-on experience across testing phases and testing tools

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

7+ years of Information Technology experience

6+ Years of experience as Workday architect, providing blue printing of system architecture with workday applications

End to end experience of defining the integration and reports strategy, delivery methods and development of integrations

Overall 6+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday Applications

Proficient in implementing IT/business Solution in Workday HCM and ERP building Target architecture, Integration Approach, Integrations development, reporting and dashboarding solutions, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Proficient in running reports to detect changes in the system from time to time

Proficient in performance tuning of reports and Integration codes

Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics

Excellent understanding of workday time and absence module.

Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions.

Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws.

Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.

Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle including experience in testing process across the project phases.

Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.

Must have very good testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools.

Preferred

Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects

Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems

Leadership and understanding of Agile techniques desirable (e.g. BDD, TDD)

An in-depth understanding of the end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on transitioning to Agile methodologies especially Agile test management

Knowledge of end to end functional flows in HR modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc.
