Responsibilities

Work with business leaders to develop annual operating plan, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Build financial tools and models to help advance the business

Prepare and manage the day-to-day inputs for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management level reporting.

Build strong cross functional relationships; effectively convey financial information to business leaders

Prepare and analyze revenues, expense management, utilization, and headcount across global lines of business.

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results to forecasts, providing explanations of material variances and giving timely insights on trends, business drivers, and emerging risks and opportunities.

Leverage technology to streamline, automate and improve reporting activities through systems such as: NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Adaptive Insights and Power BI.

Prepares and leads monthly cost center expense reviews with business leaders
